Shipping policy

By placing an order through Vitalux, you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement in order to protect both sides and set clear expectations for our service.

Shipping Information

We offer fast shipping with tracking for our customers.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. This includes order verification, preparation, quality check, and packaging. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days from the order date and shipped shortly after processing.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 8–14 business days, excluding processing time.

We recommend providing your phone number at checkout so the shipping carrier can contact you if needed for delivery coordination.

While we do our best to meet estimated shipping and delivery times, Vitalux is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.

International Shipping

Vitalux ships internationally through a range of shipping partners.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, but most international orders arrive within approximately 2 weeks.

Once your order is dispatched, the order status will be marked as Shipped and you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive your purchase within 3 weeks of placing your order, please contact us at contact@vitaluxhub.com.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipping charges paid to Vitalux do not include:

  • Country-specific customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Other delivery-related government fees

These charges must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier or customs authority when required.

We do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be, since customs policies vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Tracking Your Order

When your item is shipped, you should receive an automatic email notification containing your tracking number.

If you have not received a tracking number, or if the tracking information is not updating properly, please contact us at contact@vitaluxhub.com and we will assist you.

Order Changes

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

If you would like to return a product, you will need to begin the return process after receiving the item.

Item Not Received

If your order tracking shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, you must first contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Once an item has been dispatched, it is under the carrier’s responsibility. However, if the issue continues, please contact us at contact@vitaluxhub.com and we will do our best to help resolve the problem.
