Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Delivery Times

After shipping, most orders are delivered within 8–14 business days, depending on your location.

We recommend providing a valid phone number at checkout to assist delivery carriers if needed.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Novalux Cars is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

Novalux Cars ships worldwide using trusted logistics partners.

Delivery times may vary by destination, but most international orders arrive within approximately 2 weeks.

Once your order is dispatched, its status will be marked as Shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Shipping charges paid to Novalux Cars do not include:

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Order Changes

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

If needed, you may initiate a return after receiving your order in accordance with our return policy.

Item Not Received
